Nil matters arising

Financial report - as tabled by Mike Todd.

Approval requested to pay Macrotech Ltd $1125.89 ( website maintenance)

WHA $2,000

Still have outstanding subs owing.

Jess to follow up women – will be given a final payment date.

If no action then letter of final demand followed by a letter explaining that these players will be
declared “non financial” and what that means.

There has been no contact from WHA re the outstanding amount.

Mike wants to promote the BGT Trust through Suburbs as WHA appear to lack interest.

Prize Giving 15th October at Te rapa Tavern – Jan and Jess gave apologies

Suggestion that a quiz night early in the season next year would be great – last one was very
successful!
